What We Won't Do For You! [Or…a short guide to our customer policies]

  1. We will not knowingly handle for resale repaired items that are not clearly marked as to the nature and extent of repairs.
  2. We will accurately represent reproduction items.
  3. We will not knowingly represent items as older than they actually are. Statements of age will be appropriately qualified.
  4. We will not knowingly represent items as originating from a different country of origin. If in doubt, it will be so stated.
  5. We will publish our statement of return privileges which allow customers a designated period of time in which to return merchandise for a refund. See return policy on our store policy page.
